One for me and One for you…

FOR ME:

So…I just made the terrible mistake of passing by the dreaded magnified mirror in our hotel. BIG MISTAKE. Ladies, just do your self a favor and restrain from looking. My poor skin is in need of some serious TLC so I NEED your help! I currently use Proactive but am considering switching to Philosophy skin products. For some reason at 3…let’s just say 30-ish, my skin has decided to go crazzzzzy. I am thankful that for some reason during the stress of planning my wedding, my face was clear. That being said, I am not so stoked on having more acne now than I did as a teenager! So, any Philosophy fans out there??? I am also considering using a primer. Has anyone tried the Philosophy “the present” primer? I really want to try it out too! I would LOVE any feedback. TYIA!

FOR YOU:

Calling all Brides & Grooms…Bridal Inquirer is THRILLED to announce yet another giveaway! Actually this a giveaway that everyone will want to enter to win! Online Poster Printing is offering one of our lucky readers a FREE 16×20 Poster Print! How cool is that? I just got my first DSLR Nikon camera so this giveaway is right up my alley!

Still trying to think of a great gift for the Bride & Groom? Well, as you may or may not know…professional wedding pictures can take weeks to get back from the wedding photographers. Why not get a poster print made of your best candid shot from the wedding and have it printed and waiting for the happy couple when they get back from their honeymoon!?!? It meant the world to us when friends sent us all of the great candid shots from the wedding! (well, there were also the surprise random pics taken with my camera unbeknownst to me that we found while on our honeymoon!)

Poster prints make great gifts for any occasion! All YOU have to do to win is post a comment telling us how you would use your poster print. It’s THAT easy to win! The prize ships for free within the US and Canada. All others must pay for shipping but the print is still free. Winner will be chosen by random drawing on Sunday, March 8th, 2009 at 6pm PST. Also, don’t forget to leave a valid email address so that we can contact you to tell you that you’ve won! GOOD LUCK!!!

Super Cute Gift Idea for a Bridal Shower!

Thursday, January 8th, 2009

I  have a VERY cute gift idea for you!!! Williams-Sonoma now carries Sprinkles Cupcake Mix!!! A friend of mine at work got me the Red Velvet Sprinkles Cupcake Mix for a Christmas gift this year and they turned out FANTASTIC! I have had Sprinkles cupcakes while I was living in LA and I thought for sure these would taste nothing like them, but they DID! I am no Betty Crocker so they were a little more complicated to make than your normal cupcake mix, but they are worth the work. We were registered at Williams-Sonoma as are a lot of brides/grooms, so if they have any kind of bakeware on their registry, how perfect would Sprinkles Cupcake Mix be to add to the gift??? Some of my favorite gifts from my shower were the red mixer, measuring cups and personalized spatula set from Williams-Sonoma! You can also purchase the cupcake mixes from the Sprinkles website directly. Happy Baking!
