Everything turned out wonderful! I was a little worried about crowds and parking, but the groom (my real cousin =) was a doll and staked out the awesome canopy location and the parking was a breeze! Final Verdict: Mission Bay=great park bridal shower location! Can’t wait for the wedding!
My cousin’s (well technically she is my cousin’s fiance, but I have been calling her my cousin for YEARS) bridal shower is coming up next weekend so I just ordered this dress for me to wear! I sure hope it fits!

I have never wanted to have a tea party more than when I came across this beautiful “Marie Antoinette” inspired tea party designed by Melangerie Inc. Each guest received a vintage tea cup favor packaged with flowering tea and a booklet of tidbits on tea etiquette. The favors were wrapped in boxes with beautiful brocade ribbons and awaited guests at their seats. I found my invitations at Paper Paper in Del Mar. If I remember correctly, they were $15.00 for 10 ( I bought 20). They were also going to charge me $30.00 to print them so I just bought some card stock and cut it into the same tag shape and did a trial on my personal printer. It worked perfectly so since I splurged a bit on the invitations, I saved by printing them myself. I could not find a website for Paper Paper but these are the invitations I got here.
Of course I just found these instructions online after the fact, but hopefully it saves you time!
