I’ve noticed a new trend recently where brides are wearing beautiful jeweled feather hairclips and glamorous birdcage veils during their ceremonies and then changing to top hats and capes to do impromtu costumey wedding photo shoots before the reception. What an awesome idea if you can allow for the time. I stumbled across Topsy Turvy Design today while on Etsy, and they have some amazing items. I love all things personalized/monogrammed so I was super excited to find this idea on www.etsy.com at http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=13887892! I bought a hankie for my mom that said “Mother, thank you for teaching me to love”, but I love this idea for bridesmaid gifts too! They are $50.00 for 4 custom hankies.
